2. Open-source software

Kanvly uses open-source packages in the web application. The current dependency set is primarily permissive software under MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, BSD, MPL-2.0, CC0-1.0, and similar licenses. Package-level license metadata is preserved in the installed package manifests and lockfile.

Kanvly also uses Sharp/libvips for image processing. Some distributed platform binaries may include LGPL-covered libvips components. Kanvly uses them as normal unmodified runtime dependencies for server-side image processing.

3. Kanvly-generated assets

Kanvly-owned logo, icon, Open Graph image, app icon, and template cover assets are intended to be owned or controlled by Decods LLC. Current template cover images are generated locally for Kanvly and do not rely on stock-photo services, embedded logos, identifiable people, or third-party screenshots.

4. Customer content

Customers and workspace members are responsible for the content they upload, import, paste, publish, or share through Kanvly. The Copyright Policy explains how to report allegedly infringing content hosted through Kanvly.
