1. Lawful use
You may use Kanvly only for lawful business, team, and personal productivity. You are responsible for the content you submit, the people you invite, and the settings you choose.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content, activity, or instructions, including fraud, exploitation, trafficking, or evasion of law.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, spam, or deceptive activity.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, doxxing, hate, or content that promotes violence against protected groups.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Unsolicited mass messaging, scraping, lead harvesting, or sending messages without required consent.
- Uploading or processing regulated health data, full payment card data, government identity numbers, or other highly sensitive data unless a separate written agreement permits it.
- Using public forms, imports, APIs, or automation to overload, probe, scan, disrupt, or reverse engineer Kanvly.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, workspace access controls, rate limits, billing limits, or product restrictions.
- Using Kanvly for sanctions-restricted activity or from jurisdictions where use is prohibited by applicable law.
- Using Kanvly AI to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit functionality, suspend accounts, disable public links, block abusive traffic, preserve evidence, or terminate access when needed to protect Kanvly, users, third parties, or legal compliance. We may also report illegal activity where required or appropriate.
4. Reporting abuse
To report abuse, infringement, spam, security risk, or misuse of a public Kanvly page or form, contact Kanvly support with the URL, workspace name if known, and a description of the issue. Copyright notices should follow the Copyright Policy.
