Owns the workspace and its billing. Manages members and settings.

Free — sees only the pages shared with them and doesn't use a paid seat.
Type a name and an address. The invite goes out from the workspace, and the person appears on the roster as invited until they accept.
Admin, member or guest. Under the role, the dialog says what it can do — and whether it takes a paid seat.
They accept and sign in with their own account. What they can see and do is exactly what the role says, nothing more.
An admin or a member takes a seat on your plan and is billed as one. A guest never does, on any plan.
Seats and guests
Kanvly is billed by the seat. Each admin and member on a paid workspace is one seat at the plan's per-seat price; the free plan is one person. There is no minimum, and a seat freed by removing someone is a seat you can give to someone else.
Guests are different. A guest is free on every plan, never takes a seat, and sees only the pages explicitly shared with them — a client reviewing a deliverable, a contractor reading a brief, a stakeholder who needs the summary and nothing behind it. They can read and comment, not edit.
One account can own several workspaces and be a member or a guest of others. Each workspace has its own plan, its own roster and its own bill, so an agency can keep a workspace per client and an owner can keep a personal one beside the team's.
Inbox
Everything addressed to you lands in the inbox: an @mention in a comment, a card assigned to you, a due date coming up. Four filters — All, Unread, Mentions, Assigned — cut it down; mark a row read and it leaves Unread.
