- Proposal
- The assistant's answer to a request: a list of changes it intends to make, shown before any of them is made. Approve it whole or discard it.
- Action
- An action is one change, such as adding a card, moving a date, updating a cell or redesigning a slide. There are more than ninety kinds; a proposal holds up to ten.
- Review
- The approval mode in which every proposal waits for you: approve before save.
- Auto
- This approval mode saves up to three small, safe changes at a time, with at most one new item. Removals, public sharing, bulk changes and anything else still ask for approval.
- AI Docs
- A document drafted from one prompt: say what you need, and who it is for, how long and in what tone if that matters; it plans the sections and writes them, then you edit it with the assistant beside it. Drop in a .docx, .md, .html, .txt or .pdf to start from a document you already have.
- Budget
- Your account's monthly AI token allowance. Tokens measure the text the AI reads, writes and uses to reason. Generating an answer uses the budget even if you discard its proposed changes.

Where it works
Workspace help, with you in control.
Ask the assistant to create a board, move cards, edit a page, update a sheet or schedule an event. It can also draft form questions, redesign slides and invite members. Each change appears as an action in the proposal.
Kanvly AI works inside each board, page, sheet, form and deck, with prompts for the task at hand. Organise a board, add formulas in Sheets, draft questions in Forms or refine a presentation without leaving the work.
A proposal holds up to ten actions, including at most five that create things. Bulk actions have their own limits and always need approval. Every removal is listed first. Review mode waits for your approval on every proposal; Auto applies only a few small, safe changes at a time.
