Free plan and paid trials
Kanvly offers a Free plan for evaluation and lightweight use. Paid plans include a 3-day free trial where available and shown before purchase. For web subscriptions, Stripe bills the selected plan and billing cycle after the trial unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends. Web lifetime deals are no longer sold; a lifetime plan already purchased was a one-time charge at checkout and does not renew. For iOS subscriptions, Apple determines App Store introductory offer eligibility and handles App Store billing through the user's Apple ID.
Renewal and cancellation
- Renewal
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period, at the price shown before purchase plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Lifetime plans already purchased do not renew.
- Cancellation
- Cancel a web subscription online at any time in Kanvly under Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, which opens Stripe's billing portal, or through support. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Access after cancellation
- Paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period, then the workspace may be downgraded or limited according to plan rules.
- Taxes
- Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes. Stripe or Apple adds VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout where it applies, depending on where you are and the purchase channel. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges unless stated otherwise.
- Enterprise
- Enterprise billing, termination, credits, or refunds are governed by the applicable order form or signed agreement.

Web refunds
Web self-serve subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where a billing error occurred, or where Kanvly approves a refund at its discretion. Team lifetime deal purchases made before the deal was withdrawn are one-time web purchases and are generally non-refundable on the same basis. This does not affect your right of withdrawal in section 4. Web refund requests should be sent through Kanvly support and include the account email, workspace name, Stripe invoice or receipt if available, and a short explanation.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a contract you conclude with Kanvly on the web within 14 days, without giving any reason. Kanvly offers the same right to every customer who pays on the web, wherever they live.
- What you can withdraw from
- A web subscription (monthly or annual), within 14 days of its first payment. A free trial is not a payment: if your plan starts with a trial, the 14 days start on the day you are first charged. A Team lifetime deal, within 14 days of buying it, together with any extra seats bought for it.
- How to withdraw
- Open Kanvly, go to Settings → Billing, choose Withdraw from contract, then Confirm withdrawal. You can also tell us by email at [email protected], through Kanvly support, or by post, for example with the model withdrawal form below. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days have passed.
- What happens
- Your paid plan ends right away and your workspaces move to the Free plan. We refund every payment you made under that contract in full, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We do not charge for the days you used. We confirm the withdrawal by email.
- Starting right away
- Your plan starts as soon as checkout completes. At checkout you ask us to start it immediately. Because we refund in full when you withdraw, starting early costs you neither your right of withdrawal nor any money.
- What this does not cover
- Renewal payments made after the 14 days (see section 3), and App Store purchases, which Apple refunds under its own rules (see section 5).

App Store refunds
App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. App Store refund requests, payment method changes, cancellation, and subscription management are handled through Apple's App Store and Apple ID systems. Kanvly can help identify the account and subscription status, but Apple controls whether an App Store refund is approved and how it is issued.
Payment processors
Stripe processes payments, invoices, tax calculation, and billing portal sessions. Kanvly does not store full payment card numbers. Apple processes App Store payments and receipts for iOS subscriptions. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment method, bank, or platform processor.
