A form is the way a team asks people outside it: a signup, a survey, a request, a quiz for a class. In Kanvly the form lives in the same workspace as the board it feeds and the sheet it will be counted in, so the answers do not arrive in a separate tool that someone then has to copy from.
Building one is choosing questions — 12 kinds of answer, from a short line to a rating to a date — and deciding how it looks to the people answering: every question on one page, or one question at a time with a bar that fills as they go. Publishing opens the link; a password, a closing date or an age screen can stand in front of it when they should.
Every answer lands in the responses table, one row per submission, with the score in its own column if the form is a quiz — points and an answer key are all it takes, and grading happens the moment a response arrives. Keep responses until you delete them, or set a number of days after which they go on their own.
