Can a form be a quiz?

Yes. Give questions points and mark the right answers; each response is scored the moment it arrives and the score appears with the answers.

What kinds of question are there?

15: short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, rating, number, email, phone number, link, date, time, file upload, signature, plus sections and text blocks to structure the form.

Does the age screen verify anyone?

No. It asks people to confirm their age before the questions appear; the date of birth is checked in their browser and never reaches Kanvly. It is a screen, not verification, and the minimum age is yours to set.

How many responses can I collect?

Per month: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Team, 25,000 on Business. Responses stay in the form until you delete them, unless you set a retention period.
