Does it make up the numbers?

A dashboard is composed from what your workspace holds — boards, cards, notes, sheets, the calendar — and the AI is told to leave out any block it has no data for rather than invent one. When you ask it to design something instead, the ideas are its own and it is told to label its figures as targets.

Which blocks stay live?

A task list tied to a board, the calendar strip and every live view — a board, a sheet, a note, an AI doc, slides, the calendar — read the workspace each time the canvas draws, and ticking a task on the canvas marks the card done on its board. Every other block holds what was written into it until you, or an ask, change it.

Can I work on a canvas without the AI?

Yes. Drag, resize, duplicate and delete blocks; connect them with arrows; draw with the pen or the highlighter; add blocks and live views from the composer's grid menu; undo and redo. A new canvas is private; from Starter up it can be shared with the workspace.

How many canvases can I have?

Per workspace: 2 on Free, 20 on Starter, 80 on Team, 200 on Business. Each ask draws on the monthly AI token budget: 250K tokens on Free, 2.5M tokens on Starter, 7.5M tokens on Team, 25M tokens on Business.

Five ways to work with AI.

Ask for an overview, explore an idea or change what is already on the canvas.

Show me: A question about your work — status, progress, what is overdue — becomes a dashboard of the workspace's own data; the AI is told to leave out any block it has no data for, rather than make one up.

Design: Ask for a plan, a roadmap, a mind map or a SWOT and it composes one from its own reasoning, in titled sections, and is told to label its figures as targets.

Change: Rework what is there — edit a block, restyle it, move it, add or remove one, connect two, tidy the layout, rename the canvas — as one change you can undo. Removing blocks or sharing the canvas asks you first.

Ask about it: A question about the canvas itself — what are the risks here? — is answered in words above the composer, and nothing on the canvas moves.

Clear: Ask it to clear the canvas and it asks you to confirm; the clear can be undone until you reload.
