1. Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe content on Kanvly infringes your copyright, send Kanvly support a complete notice. Include enough detail for us to identify the content and contact you.
Formal copyright notices may also be mailed to Decods LLC, 1621 CENTRAL AVE #8709, CHEYENNE, WY 82001, United States. If Kanvly publishes a separately registered copyright agent record, that record will control the notice destination for notices that must be sent to a designated agent.
2. What to include
- Your legal name, organization if applicable, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The Kanvly URL or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through Kanvly support. Include the removed content, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature.
4. Repeat infringement
Kanvly may disable public links, remove content, suspend workspaces, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse the copyright process.
