Create a task list from a rough paragraph
Why checklists still work
A checklist is one of the simplest ways to turn vague intention into visible progress. It removes the need to reread a paragraph every time someone asks what is next.
This tool converts rough text into concise checklist items that can be copied into Kanvly notes or used as the first version of a process.
Keep the checklist usable
A good checklist item should be concrete enough that someone knows when it is done. If an item is too large, split it into a planning note or a board card.
- Start each item with an action verb.
- Keep one task per line.
- Move uncertain work into questions.
- Save repeated checklists as templates.
